"Great Customer Service From Beginning to End!"

From the first phone call, to walking through the door, our salesperson Patrick Brown, the dealer manager Russ, to the owner Mr. Pellegrino himself, a great experience. It was so nice to have good old fashioned service in a world that's not so service oriented. Within a week we bought the car with confidence that we made the right decision. We were not pressured or given the typical salesperson "hardsell" approach. I would highly recommend Pellegrino Chrysler Jeep Dealership. My husband recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Sahara with Jennifer as the salesperson. Jennifer was very knowledgable and did not rush us in making a final decision. She gave us the information, answered all questions, and was very personable!

This past Saturday I had the pleasure of purchasing a Jeep Wrangler from Pellegrino Chrysler Jeep. Rich was our salesman and made the car buying experience a pleasant one. While looking around at the endless supply of Wranglers, Rich helped me narrow the search down to a couple styles (both 2door and 4door). I was torn between the different styles and Jake was very accommodating to my needs and let me test drive both models (mind you it was raining the whole day). Overall I was happy to have picked Pellegrino and to have Rich as our salesman! Cheers!

"Amazingly comfortable experience, low pressure sales pitch "

Today I bought a 2010 Lexus from Pellegrino Chrysler Jeep. A big purchase for me, a guy who likes car shopping as much as a stick in the eye. For 3 months I kept an eye on and for prices for the exact model and year I wanted, from dealers w/in 300 miles. Pellegrino's price was very competitive, and the car had low mileage and a better Carfax history compared to other listings. Also, their "doc fee" was low relative to other dealers. I've never been to Pellegrino before, and I was skeptical before walking in, ready for an aggressive sales pitch. To my surprise, the whole team was a pleasure to work with. First Bob and Russ, then Patrick. No pressure at all, they gave me all the time and space I needed. I test-drove the car yesterday, but was not ready to make a decision. I told them I wanted to sleep on it, and they were totally fine w/ a wait-and-see approach. That night, I researched the dealership and saw they have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. The next day, I came back w/ my wife so she could drive it. Again, no pressure from the crew. We decided to buy it, and drove away an hour later w/ big smiles on our faces. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen.

"Great customer service"

Patrick, the salesman my wife an I delt with, was very professional and treated us with respect through the whole process. My wife was in need of a new (well, new to her) used vehicle. She found one online at Pellegrino and we went to the dealership. Sadly, we went to the wrong dealership, but Patrick found the vehicle she wanted and went to the other dealership to pick it up and bring it back for us to test drive. Once my wife decided she would like to purchase the vehicle (2015 Kia Sorento), Patrick and the management team worked with us to get a great deal and a monthly payment she was comfortable with. We would recommend Pellegrino to anybody looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

First off, be to sure to ask for the 'Rock'. His name is Bob Palermo. Best salesman ever. I came in to look for a new 2016 Wrangler. I didn't know if the combination of my trade plus my budget would afford me to be where I needed to be. I simply gave Bob my numbers and said, "see if you think you can make this work". In the meantime, he had my trade evaluated and tried to find what options I absolutely had to have. I was unsure, so we test-drove a Rubicon and a Sahara. I decided on the Sahara. So we sat down and I told him the options I knew I wanted. Now, rather than doing that whole back and forth game "let me talk to my manager" that I freaking hate and keeps you there for hours, Bob just asked me to give him some time. He promised me he could find what I want in the price range I needed to be, even if the Jeep wasn't on their lot. A day or two later he called and said he found it. The only issue is, it was black. I never told Bob I didn't want black, but I'm moving to Florida, and black will just be too hot. I suggested white. So back to work he went. A day later he calls to say he found my Jeep. I went in, and he showed me the sticker for it so I could check the options. It turns out it didn't have the twin tops I wanted. I never mentioned that either. To be short, I was a real pain in the xxx! Anyway, he said no worries, and he found another one with twin tops. Of course, this was a serious upgrade. So I got to work with Anthony, and in about 30 seconds we had an agreement. Still within my price range. What a dealership! They ALL treat you fairly and respectfully. I checked 5 other dealers before here, and they all gave me a runaround. Pellegrino gave the best price by far. Even the finance manager (whose name is also Bob) was a great guy. And one of the owners, Mark Pellegrino, came over to me, asked me how everything went, and if I was happy!!! Let's see THAT happen at other dealers.


Great experience. See Steve Harris. Great salesman. Never felt rushed while trying to decide what car I wanted. Josh in service is excellent and very helpful. I will not purchase a car or go for service anywhere else again.
